FIDE president played basketball in Shamkir
The president of the International Chess Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, the vice-president of FIDE and Azerbaijan Chess Federation Mahir Mammadov, and at the same time, participants of “Shamkir Chess 2019” played basketball in Shamkir.
